Product Licences offered by Nocturne Notes

If you are not sure which Licence you purchased, please refer to the final pages of the pdf download and/or your purchase receipt. Please email me if you are not sure: rebecca@nocturnenotes.com

• Single Student Licence

You may download, print and give the materials to ONE student. Note this is one student ever, NOT one at a time.

• Single Teacher Licence

You may download, print and give the materials to an indefinite number of students provided that they are your OWN PERSONAL students. This licence does not expire.

• Music School Licence

You may download, print and give the materials to indefinite number of students provided that they are enrolled at your Music School, there is no limit to the number of teachers allowed to use this, provided that they all work for the same Music School. This licence does not expire.

Performing and Recording in an Educational Context

You may make an audio or visual recording of your students performing any materials from Nocturne Notes part of your purchase provided that you and your student receive no financial compensation for doing so, and the purpose of the audio or visual recording is as part of their music education.

You may share the materials via email with your students provided that it is as part of their music education, and it is as part of your online teaching.  You must make the student and their guardian aware of this copyright notice.

I Rebecca Peacock trading as “Nocturne Notes” am the owner of (or licensee) of all intellectual property rights in all materials provided to you, purchased by you or information shared with you from Nocturne Notes (“materials”).

The materials are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. Where I am legally able to do so, I grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to use the materials for your own purposes only.

You may not reproduce in any format or share or disclose to any person any part (or all of) the materials without our/my prior written consent.

You may not without my prior written consent make any audio or visual recordings of any part (or all) of the materials you purchase.

Other than the above, I do not grant you any other rights in relation to the materials and all other rights are reserved. For the avoidance of doubt, you must not adapt, edit, change, transform, publish, republish, distribute, redistribute, broadcast, rebroadcast, or show or play in public any or all of the materials (in any form or media) without our/my prior written permission.

I take the protection of my copyright very seriously. If I discover that you have breached the terms of the above licence, I may bring legal proceedings against you and seek monetary damages and/or an injunction to stop you using the materials. You could also be ordered to pay my legal costs.

You agree that you are participating in the purchase and download of any materials at your own risk and that I shall not be liable under any circumstances for any matter arising out of your purchase (other than for matters for which I am not legally able to exclude or limit liability).

I do not guarantee any particular result. I will endeavour to ensure that all information that I provide is accurate and up-to-date but I shall not be liable for any claims arising from such information being inaccurate or not up-to-date or otherwise.
